Offering a park-like setting complete with beautiful wildflowers, gazebo by lake with fountain, and walking paths around lakes and throughout, this community includes a swimming pool, cabana with sheltered outdoor entertaining area & grill, playground, and basketball court.

 

 

This Association is composed of Members owning a single family home or patio home. The Semi-Annual Assessment is paid by all Members, and the fees contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the Villages at Brookside’s common elements, i.e. the pool facility. Patio homes within the Villages at Brookside community are part of their own neighborhood. While this neighborhood has its own Monthly Assessment, funding patio home landscape and ground maintenance, and its own budget, it is not its own Association. Owners of patio homes are Members of the Villages of the Brookside Homeowners Association and pay the Semi-Annual Assessment, which contributes to the maintenance of the Association’s common elements, i.e. the pool facility.
